This ABT accredited Award in Education and Training is a great way to get into teaching. The Award in Education and Training is a short course designed to enable a wide range of students to undertake teaching, training or learning tasks relevant to their own training or teaching situation.

This course has done great justice in exploring the role, responsibilities and duties of a teacher. As it is important for a teacher to take on a teaching approach that best suits the subject and the students concerned, this course is set to train you on the various learning and teaching approaches to help you decide on the most suitable one.

You will also be taught on how to plan sessions in advance, how to deliver engaging lessons, how to motivate pupils and how to assess them.

After the training session, you will be required to perform micro teaching, so that the tutors can assess your teaching skills and to work on the areas you need improvement.
